Hot Coffee variations
Espresso/Ristretto
Ingredients:
1 7 – 12 g coffee ground
2 20 – 35 ml brewing water
Espresso is one of the most famous coffee drinks. He’s the little sip of Italy. Because espresso simply has more: more aroma, more taste, more substance.
Espresso is brewed with high pressure. The result is a short strong beverage with the characteristic compact, hazelnut “Crema”, a quality feature of a good espresso.
With a ristretto, the amount of water used is approx 20 ml and often less, with the same amount of coffee ground. An espresso is typically served with a glass of water.
Espresso Macchiato
Ingredients:
1 7 – 12 g coffee ground
2 25 – 35 ml brewing water
3Â some milk foam
Preparation:
If you want to enjoy your espresso a little milder, add a little milk foam to the espresso.
The white spot “Macchia” makes him the stained one, the “Macchiato”. If the espresso macchiato is served in a glass, it is also a visual highlight.
Cappuccino
Ingredients:
1 7 – 12 g coffee ground
2 25 – 35 ml brewing water
3 110 – 130 ml milk foam
Preparation:
Served with a sweet biscuit, the speciality coffee can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The basis of any cappuccino is an espresso and plenty of fresh milk foam.
It is a popular alternative to espresso and has long since found its way into all coffee bars around the world. It received its name, which translates as “smaller Capuchin” from the hood, the “cappuccio” of the habit of the order of the Capuchin monks.
Latte Macchiato
Ingredients:
1 120 – 180 ml milk
2 25 – 30 ml brewing water
3 7 – 12 g coffee ground
4 60 – 90 ml milk foam
Originally a child’s drink in Italy, the “speckled milk” is served at drinking temperature. A latte macchiato consists of a layer of hot milk and milk foam between which an espresso “lays” after a brief period. Thus the three characteristic layers are created.
Fresh Filtered Coffee
Ingredients:
1 7 – 12 g coffee ground
2 140 – 160 ml brewing water
For each cup a Café Creme is freshly ground and brewed. The drink is passed through a special filter capsule which removes sediments and oils untypical for filtered coffee. The result is a cup of coffee with a perfect taste – freshly ground and brewed.
Café au lait
Ingredients:
1 9 – 14 g coffee ground
2 80 – 100 ml brewing water
3 80 – 100 ml milk
The mildest form of milky enjoyment among the speciality coffees is the Café au lait. This comprises one half hot milk and one half of coffee. In contrast to the cappuccino and latte macchiato, uses the milder café crème bean.
Almond Latte
Ingredients:
1 7 – 12 g coffee ground
2 25 – 35 ml brewing water
3 110 – 170 ml milk
4 50 – 80 ml milk foam
5Â 20 ml almond syrup
The traditional latte macchiato reinterpreted. 20Â ml almond syrup gently mix with milk and espresso. A delight for all senses and an ideal companion for long conversations and afternoons.

Chociatto
Ingredients:
1 7 – 12 g coffee ground
2 25 – 35 ml brewing water
3Â 25 g choc powder
4Â 80 ml water (choc)
5 130 – 145 ml milk + milk foam
A Chociatto is a hot chocolate with an espresso, which gives the chocolate a noble sweet note.The Chociatto is topped with delicate milk foam.

Whiskey Lover
Ingredients:
1 7 – 9 g coffee ground
2Â 100 ml brewing water
3Â 20 ml whiskey
4Â 10 ml chocolate syrup
5Â 10 ml hazelnut syrup
In Italy, an espresso with grappa or brandy is called “caffè corretto” – corrected coffee. Whiskey Lover is not corrected, it is a new dimension of enjoyment and perfectly combines the espresso with the whiskey via its chocolate and hazelnut notes.

Irish Cream Flat White
Ingredients:
1 7 – 12 g coffee ground
2 25 – 35 ml brewing water
3 20 – 40 ml milk foam3
4 70 – 80 ml Irish Cream
Use Irish Cream instead of milk – but keep the milk foam. Irish Cream flat white froths Irish Cream together with a dash of milk to a tender foam which mixes with the espresso. A coffee speciality that you can toast with.

Chilled Coffee variations
Iced Vanilla Latte

Brewed coffee is cooled down with
the Chilled Coffee function
3 110 – 165 ml milk1
4Â 20 ml vanilla syrup
5Â Ice cubes
Latte macchiato with vanilla – but with the extra kick. The taste of freshly brewed espresso is in the spotlight and is encased by the taste of vanilla syrup and milk. Refrigerated with ice cubes that don’t melt immediately thanks to chilled coffee.

Espresso Martini

Shaken or stirred is not the question here. The answer is brewed.
