Nayax VPOS (Yellow)
- Merchant Commission Rate per transaction 3.75% on credit cards and 2.75% on debit cards. Nett settlements are made every 24 hours by Nedbank and Nedbank will only deduct the transaction percentage between the 1st and the 10th of the following month. (e.g.: end of March 2026 debited between the 1st and 10th April 2026).
- Telemetry, Hosting and Software (Back-office reporting; Daily, weekly, monthly sales etc.) Nayax Monthly service fee – via Monthly Debit-Order +/- R250.00 per device per month with Nayax. (*Prices subject to change)

CONNECTIVITY:
- The Nayax cashless Payment terminals use a Global SIM which we provide, so there is no need for a local SIM.
- During load shedding you will lose connectivity.
- There is no option for a Wi-Fi connection, but you can use a LAN connection direct to a rooter for a more stable connection.
- The App that we use is MoMa and this will connect from anywhere if you have signal.
Payment Solution includes NFC, Prepaid Credit, Student Cards, QR codes, Visa Cards, Master Cards, both debit and credit cards, Mobile and GPay etc.
INSTALLATION:
- Configure settings on Nayax Portal + Global Sim – included
- KYC – Assist with processing of the Merchant Application – included
- Product selection and Product Mapping training – remotely Included
- Software Set-up, Vpos system configuration – remotely included
- Web-access and hosting, end-user- training first line support – remotely included
- Assist with installation locally – remotely included
- Moma Mobile App included
- Does not include physical installation of Nayax device – Technical Call-out +/-R850.00 per hour (all prices doesn’t include VAT).
- Allow 7 – 12 working days for delivery, after Setup and configuration, and after receipt of payment
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY:
- Three Month Factory Warranty for new Nayax Terminals
- Online backup and Support, Sim registration
- Full Technical and service support for the duration of Warranty period
- Support during Office hours 8am 6pm – Monday to Friday
- Afterhours support invoiced +/-R950.00 (all prices doesn’t include VAT).
- Three months written cancellation of contract
